Managing Me+ app notifications:
1. Turn off Me+ notifications completely:
Open your device's application manager > find Me+ > select "Do not allow notifications"
2. Customize the Me+ internal notification settings:
Inside the Me+ app, you can control the following notifications individually:
- Routine notifications: How-to-set-task-reminders
- Drink notifications: Turn-on-or-off-the-water-drinking-reminder
- Alarm notifications: Set-or-manage-alarm-reminders
- Default notification settings: Configure-or-manage-default-notification-messages-within-the-program
- Sound settings: Control-all-sound-effects-in-the-app
3. Check and confirm:
