Possible causes and solutions:
Device checks:
1. Network connection: Make sure the device is connected to the Internet.
2. Do Not Disturb Mode: Check if Do Not Disturb, Sleep, or Work mode is enabled.
3. Notification permissions: Open Application Manager > Find Me+ in the list > Turn on Show notifications.
4. Date and time: Check the date and time in Settings. The Automatic date and time option should be enabled.
5. Low Power Mode: Check if it is turned on (may limit background activity).
6. System and App Updates: Update the Me+ app and update the iOS system version to the latest version in the App Store.
7. Restart the device: Uninstall and reinstall the Me+ app if necessary.
