1. Open the app and select the "Tools" option in the bottom navigation bar.
2. On the Tools page, find and click the "Reflection" module.
3. After entering the Reflection interface, you can start recording your reflection content.
View Reflection Notes:
1. Open the profile page
2. Scroll down to the "Reflection Notes" module
3. View Reflection records
4. Click "View All" to view all Reflection records
Edit Reflection Notes:
1. Select the date you want to modify
2. Click the "..." button in the upper right corner
3. Click "Edit" in the pop-up options
4. Make changes on the Reflection edit page
