How to Get Started with Me+
Welcome to Me+! We're so excited to be a part of your self-care journey. Whether you're here to track your habits, unlock new routines, or find some extra motivation, we’ve got you covered. 1. Set Up Your Profile
The first thing you’ll want to do is set up your profile. You'll be guided through a quick and easy onboarding process, where we’ll ask a few questions to understand your needs and preferences. Once you’ve completed the guide, we’ll recommend personalized content and customize your Me+ experience to help you get started on the right path. The more we know about you, the better we can tailor your journey to suit your goals!
2. Explore Your Custom Recommendations
Once your profile is set, we’ll recommend a few personalized task plans based on your input. You can browse through the options and choose the ones that resonate with you. Each plan is designed to fit your lifestyle, whether you’re looking to kickstart healthy habits or improve your overall well-being.
3. Try a Mini Habit
After completing the onboarding, we’ll guide you to start with a mini habit. These small, simple habits are designed to ease you into your self-care routine. As you progress, we’ll gradually recommend habits that increase in difficulty to help you build momentum. Our goal is to make sure the habit tracking process is seamless and easy to follow, so you can feel confident every step of the way.
4. Set Reminders and Get Started
Set reminders for the tasks you want to tackle. Me+ will keep you on track and help you stay motivated as you check things off your list. Plus, we’ll celebrate your progress every step of the way!
5. Build Your Routine & Track Your Progress
As you become more familiar with the app, it’s time to build your own routine and start tracking. As you complete tasks, Me+ will keep track of your progress and provide helpful insights. You’ll be able to see how far you’ve come and which areas you may want to focus on next. We believe that timely feedback and regular reflection are key to creating a routine that’s not only suitable but lasting—one that truly supports meaningful change.
6. Explore Inspire and Tool Tabs
Ready for more? Head over to the Inspire and Tool tabs where you'll find even more resources to support your journey. In the Inspire tab, you can explore personalized task plans and set up your self-care routines. The Tool tab is your self-care toolkit—featuring helpful tools like a hydration tracker, Pomodoro timer, reflection prompts, meditation, and more. These tabs are packed with everything you need to stay motivated, focused, and feeling your best every day!
7. Log In to Your Account
Make sure your progress is always saved by logging into your account. This way, you can track your journey across multiple devices, ensuring that your self-care efforts are always with you—whether you’re at home, at work, or on the go. No matter where you check in, your progress will be right where you left off.
